Hi
You are using a very older version of Template.
Kindly update the Template T3 plugin to latest version.
This will fix the problem.

Take a backup of the site before updates.

I have updated t3 plugin to latest 2.6.4 version but still having same issue.

Kindly update the Template to latest version 1.1.7
You are still using 1.1.0 version.
