Hello

I am a new user of JA Mega Filter.

System (Backup NOT Live):

I believe I have configured the component and menu as per instructions.

I cannot get the display to output correctly.

I have also installed the module which seems to be conflicting with something else as there is a js error.

I have attached screenshots of the component and menu config and would appreciate your help.

Hi @4ff,

Your site have so many products that causes megafilter filter can’t work.

Please just pick a category has less 1000 products. Megafilter will work well.

Thanks for the reply.

However, JA Mega Filter is of no value to us if it can only filter 1000 products.

I did not see any such limitation in the product description.

We only subscribed to use Mega Filter so now our subscription is wasted.

Hi again,

I have forwarded your comment to our development team, they will check for solution.
In the mean time, the quick solution for your site is that, you can create multiple filter pages, each filter page is for specific category so that the product limitation does not exceed 1000.

You can have Filter menu structure like:
Filter

• Filter for Category A
• Filter for Category B
