January 29, 2013 at 11:35 am #184473Hi,
The problem is only with explorer. Joomla Version 1.5.
The problem is that sub-menu item link only works with the title, but not with the description.
The code with the example item of mega menu:
This is the code:
<!– FIRST LEVEL –>
<li class=”mega haschild”>
<a title=”Distribuidor ERP” id=”menu71″ class=”mega haschild” href=”/distribuidor-erp.html”>
<span class=”menu-title”>Distribuidor ERP</span>
</a>
<!– SUBMENU ITEM –>
<div class=”childcontent cols2 ” style=”width: 572px; height: 234px; left: auto; display: none; overflow: hidden;”>
<div class=”childcontent-inner-wrap” style=”width: 522px; visibility: hidden; opacity: 0;”>
<div style=”width: 520px;” class=”childcontent-inner clearfix”>
<div style=”width: 250px;” class=”megacol column1 first”>
<ul class=”megamenu level1″>
<li class=”mega first”>
<a title=”Programa de Certificación” id=”menu110″ class=”mega first” href=”/distribuidor-erp/programa-de-certificacion.html”><!– THIS PART OF THE LINK WORKS–><span class=”menu-title”>Programa de Certificación</span>
<!– THIS PART OF THE LINK DOESN’T WORK –>
<span class=”menu-desc”>
<table border=”0″>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td valign=”top”><img src=”/images/stories/Iconos_menu/icono_certificacion.png”></td>
<td align=”left”>Programa de certificación de
Partners y Distribuidores ERP.</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
</span></a>
</li>
</ul>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</li>I add the code generated with the browser (code.txt). Is a standard MegaMenu with no modifications code.
I don’t know how to do in explorer for all container into de link (span class=”menu-title” and span class=”menu-desc”) works fine with explorer.
With other’s browsers it’s ok, all container into the link works fine.Thanks for the help.

January 30, 2013 at 3:30 am #481598Hi,
Internet Explorer limits the number of css files loaded so you can try to enable CSS compress in template manager in template manager to solve this issue.

January 30, 2013 at 2:09 pm #481704Hi,
Could you post your site url here? and set compress CSS and JS in template manager to No so that I can check for you.
