According to the JA Sulfer layout overview the main menu rest in the JA-menu position, but there is no option in my joomla panel that says ja-menu. How do I get my main menu to appear where it is shown in the demo? Thanks.

You define it in the template settings, chose the menu you want to be displayed there. You do not have to place the module…
