How can I change the JA MENU, as far as being able to put anything I want up there?

1) Make the font size Bigger and Different Color

2) Put a long and big Logo above the menu items instead of a small logo on the left side?

3) Space out the menu items as i see fit. like 4 menu items on the left side, some space in the middle and 3 menu items on the right side.

For the BODY part:

1) Change the Body pixel Width Size to make it wider? as i will not be using the ‘RIGHT’ Module position, only left and body.

Is there a way to create a Custom html moduel for the JA MENU position so I can then do anything i want there?

Any help accomplishing this is appreciated.
