the fonts issue was before the Joomla update to 3.2. Also the same status after updating.
Unfortunately after update to 3.2 I see in template manager:
Warning
JFolder: :folder: Path is not a folder. Path: /web/htdocs2/mediafishcz/home/www/less/themes
JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /web/htdocs2/mediafishcz/home/www/tpls

November 8, 2013 at 11:27 am #511632You can follow this thread: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/major-issue-with-templates-after-upgrade-to-version-3-2/ for the fix.
We released new version for T3 including bug fixed for new version of Joomla, you can take a backup of your site and update framework to the latest version.

T3 solved, thank you very much for your reply and support.Unfortunately, I still have issue with above mentioned css fonts … on http://www.mediafish.cz Css in template manager is set up NO but no effect…

Because the current font in your site ‘open_sans_lightregular‘ doesn’t support your native language. You can try with another font-family to see the different, for i.e: font-family: arial, sans-serif;
If you use editor like Firebug, it will show you which file and which class you need to change.
