Dear alssafeer,

If you are asking about updating your old Mesolite template with this Mesolite II (t3 framework) template. then i am afraid, you will have to uninstall and reinstall the template and modules/ plugins supplied along with the template (if required) and redo your customization.

Remember, Mesolite II is not a version release, it is totally different template with different framework. So the change in template is to handled as we handle new templates on our old sites. Start from scratch.

JA Mesolite 1.1.0 is the latest version available in the downloads. >> http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=160

Please see the template version, not the quickstart version.
