Ok here is my config

Optimize CSS: Join ,Minify and Compress
Optimize JS: Join, Minify and Compress
Cache Mode: Enabled

It seems that the Mega Menu is not working Properly on Chrome and Firefox. On the your demo Site the Children Menu Floats From Right to Left but on the site I am working it takes forever to load.

Maybe their is a conflict on the JS.. :((

Sorry.. that problem is now solved..
I just clean the browsers Cached.

On the other hand, the Mega Menu Seems not to work with Firefox version 4..
