I’m using Mega Menu in JA Mezolite II with Banner Rotator FX installed.

Problem: drop down menu is behind my flash in Opera (in Mozilla all is OK).

What do i need to do to get the menu to slide down above the flash.

I tried changing z-index on the sub nav bar from z-index to 9999… but that did not work… perhaps the z-index should be adjusted elsewhere?

My index file of Banner Rotator is:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN” “http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd”>
<html xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml” lang=”en” xml:lang=”en”>
<head>
<title></title>
<meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=utf-8″ />
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”swfobject.js”></script>
<script type=”text/javascript”>
var flashvars = {};
flashvars.settingsXML = “settings.xml”;
var params = {};
params.scale = “noscale”;
params.salign = “tl”;
params.wmode = “transparent”;
var attributes = {};
swfobject.embedSWF(“banner.swf”, “BannerDiv”, “750”, “340”, “9.0.0”, false, flashvars, params, attributes);
</script>
</head>
<body>
<div id=”BannerDiv”>
<a href=”http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer”>
<img src=”http://www.adobe.com/images/shared/download_buttons/get_flash_player.gif” alt=”Get Adobe Flash player” />
</a>
</div>
</body>
</html>

Help me pls

i think that the javacript code using for rendering the flash, they are not working well, please try to contact with developers from the Banner Rotator FX extension to find a best solution
params.wmode = “transparent”; // is not working
I think that the promlem is in another. Because menu hides behind of flash and even gif files

And in another browsers all is ok. For example, IE8 or Mozilla

Hi
i used joomla simple image holder for holding the flash.

I changed the flash mode(WMode) to transparent in the module manager settings.

If you are using any other module, just give the param value WMode to transparent.
