Kindly follow this documentation to configure the fields as shown in demo site.

I checked your site and it shows the extra field in a different language that i am unable to read
Can u put them in the English language so i can check it better?

I selected the options of artist name after title and save the fields http://prntscr.com/giika8
I can see the options are showing now.
Kindly do the same for other articles and add the name of articles to show them.
