Yes, this JA Multilingual component is not included in quickstart package. It’s a free extension, you can download it here and install into your site.

Thanks for your reply. I really don’t understand why you guys did not include it in the quickstart. Isn’t what quickstart is all about?

We also thought about this but the reason is that so many users use only one language for their sites and they would feel that there is no need to include this component

You don’t actually have install all the languages, just they component.
