I thought I had solved instead have worsened the situation.

I duplicate the template Ja Mendozite, in such a way as to have two templates

I went to Extensions – Template – Ja Mandonzite – T3 Options – Profiles – Menu Setting – Type menu and I chose the second option Main Menu (English language)

I then went on template Ja Mendozite2 same operation but I put the first item in the Main Menu (item Italian).

But now it does not even appear more English flag

I fixed the problem directly on your site and you can see that the EN Menu language on your site is working fine, see the screenshot
