hi guys!
I just finished the english version of my website and started to use ja multilingual to have another language I did exactly step by step of the structure below :

but its ganna be failed !

what are the common reasons to have such a problem?
I enabled language plugin , i assigned a position to language switcher module, etc.
please help me in this regard.
