    Hey all
I have tried to setup the JA Multilinual extension as per the guide and I keep getting an authentication failure on activating the translate function. All steps from setting up and validating a @live account to registering with azure marketplace and registering the developers account etc. Have all been done and verified, The secret code, id etc are correct.

What gives, this is the most BS way of getting things done I have ever encountered, multiple sign ups accounts information exchange just to translate a few pages? Must be an easier way and less time consuming.

Advice needed from devs on this one.

    Hello Shannon,

That means your bing API translate account is incorrect. Please ensure that you have followed our document for getting Bing API account : http://joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-component/ja-multilingual#get-bing

I guessed that could be it however I did follow your guide and confirmed the account

    1. Exists
    2. Is verified

I have decided to abandon the JA extension as it’s way to much in terms of hoops to jump through, accounts to set up, information exchanging. >:(

I’ll find another extension I just don’t have time to spend fiddling with it atm
    But thanks heaps for responding
