When using the module JA multilungual Translation Manager

get this message

What does this mean and why does it not work>

Hi Vlad,

The error message indicates that a Client ID is required, you can check out this documentation for how to get one: http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-component/ja-multilingual#get-bing
