How can I solve these two problems?

1. See attached image, the yellow tag is not UTF8 aware. It displays international characters wrong.
2. How can I hide the title in the heading (here “Sample text ÅÄÖåäö”) ?

1. Have you done the needed steps for “swedish language” in joomla,database etc?
Have you moved the site to a new server?

The reason is asked that is coz i sit in his neighbour country with the same strage fonts and had just same problem with the encoding after moved a site, so i just needed to walk trough and change the characters manually..

Thanks for your answers.
It is a fresh installation of 1.5. All individual files are strictly UTF8, as well as all database tables.
(utf8_general_ci)
However, the summary of the database says latin1_swedish_ci which isn´t correct, I think.

Only JANews is naffected with this character problem, not Joomla core.

The installation is scripted with Installatron within Direct Admin.
I will check this database issue with my web host and/or the Installatron support and get back later.
