I am building a site using Ja Teline iii. I am using a third party content construction kit…probably Flexicontent or K2. Is it possible to have Ja News2 work with one of these systems?

One item that might work would be if I could specify a Category ID instead of a Section ID in the Ja News2 parameters. Is there a code edit that woudl make this possible.

And, one other question, how would this module work with Joomla 1.6. There are nested categories allowed in 1.6.

its heavy customization to make the module work with joomla 1.6, you should wait for download the last version.

The ja news 2 only work with the section, if you would like to use a Category ID instead of a Section ID in the module, i think you use the ja new module.
