Hello, I have just bought the Ja-news template and did a quick install to check out the features

…why does it work on my PC in FF fine ..but the entire ja news is blank in FF on my mac?

suggestions.

I’m a bit confused now. JA News is a Module, not a Template?

What template have you installed JA News into? Also, in the module, have you nominated which sections JA News should show and their associated colours?

If you can give me any more information I will try and assist!

yes I bought “Ja-news” COMPONENT..not the free module…the paid component..which is not a module

cleared cache..restarted browsers,..even restarted apache

suggestions?

really cant explain it any more clear than that

displays fine on the PC in (ff & IE)
blank page on the MAC (ff & safari)
