I’m JA News Pro to pull in K2 items from categories. I have several sub-categories in each category. I’d like to display one category that includes items from all of the sub-categories. For instance, I have a “Metro” category with “city”, “county” and “state” sub-categories. I want JA News Pro to display the “Metro” category, but include items from all of the sub-categories. How do I configure JA News Pro’s settings to do this?

Right now, I have “Group By Sub Category” set to “Yes”, Maximum Sub Categories set to 4 and in the Theme Settings area, I have Sub Columns set to 1.

But my “Metro” category prints two main items, not one. I want the latest item in that category to be the main item and the remainder displayed as links.

As our demo site, we use this JA News Pro in 3 different positions, I’m wondering that you are asking about this module in which position and may I know which version of Joomla! you are using?

I’m using the news1 position (the main position). I’m using 2.5.4
