Article Image is a blank black image in front page and news page as well! I have updated the ja_news module with the new fix but still the same.
debug message:

Also there are articles that are not correctly loading (maybe an image isssue) and I get this error, as a result jce lightbox does not work!:

Configuration: Joomla 1.5.3, JAnews 1.3.1 (updated), Teline II, JCEditor and JCE utilities 2.0, no additional modules

Hi plinakos !
You must enable gd2 library , for enable it , you open php.ini file and search “gd2” string. and remove comment in that line .

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I think that GD2 is enabled by my host provider, check the report of PHP Settings (through Joomla)

other articles’ photos are displayed correctly. I believe the problem lies with png type of images. However I do need them since are smaller size and the site loads faster.

Well any ANSWER? It maybe the case that it does not render a thubnail if the image is contained below the read more section? Ot it has problems with png images? I still have my site on beta because of this problems!

Please check permission of resize folder , i think it hasn’t full permission to write.
