Dear All,

I really really need help around here, why the ja-news only able to show the default sections/categories??

Ive added new sections and category and when i try to put it on the frontpage it doesnt show up!!!!! But when i replace with the default/existing sections/categories (The News, FAQ, Newsflashes) it works perfectly.

How could this be??

Did you add the new Category ID’s under the Parameters in the JA News Module?

I have added the category ID’s my news is visible at the frontpage but the headline didnt work.

(Headline is enabled)

Now my news is visible at the headline but one of the categorys is not visible under the headline

In IE7 I see 6 categories. In your Headline are all your stories listed in the Healine Section or are you trying to use multiple categories? The Headline needs to pull stories from the Healine Section only. It will not pull from multiple categories.

That’s what happens when you don’t open your own post and post your problem in the middle of an ongoing conversation. I had assumed that all of our discussion was about the very first post in this thread. I was looking at the site that is listed in that first post and never thought to look at the name to see if it had changed. Try to remember that in the future.
