Hi all,

I have been trying ja-kulanite for a couple of days. There seems to be a problem with the ja-news module. I configured it to display categories in the ja-news position. The page loads just fine, however when I click on the category link I am redirect to the 404 page. It seems that this link is non existant.

The relative link looks like this:
joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=company

In the demo site the link is more complete and looks like this:

ja_kulanite/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=36:resolution&layout=blog&Itemid=27

Does anyone know what needs to be done to get these links set up correctly?

Thanks for the link, but I went over that yesterday. The code seems changed so that bug should be fixed. I don’t use SEF and still get de 404. If I use sections the links work but I have no control on the layout. I have set the default menu item to be an “articles frontpage”. Any thing else I can do to work arround or adjust inside the module?
Appreciate any lead. Thanks again.

Well I took the ja news extensions from the “JA Teline II v1.3 for Joomla 1.5.x.zip” and it seems to help. Haven’t looked into detail on the diffs, but that won’t be my job.
It is kind of weird though. JA developers have something to do on a sunday after ID 4.
