my front end users can rearrange the JA News Tabs – very nice! But, as soon as I reload the page or click on the frontpage again, the custom order vanishes and is again the same that is set by the system. Is that the normal behavior? If yes, whats the sense of customizing / ordering?

No it’s not the normal behaviour. The settings are saved in a cookie. Do you have cookies enabled? Do you have any software that might be restricting cookies?

hi Scotty,

thanks for your answer. No, I don’t have any software I´m aware of thats interfering. But taking a guess, this could be related to my site running on a subdomain while developing. I´ve had cookie issues years ago when working with subdomains. So, if this is not the normal behavior, I´ll check later when going live.
