Hi,

How can include categories in JA News – Default Layout if they are not listed in main menu

I tried but it wont diplay anything, just reload the main page but in addressbar there is long url

I told I managed to make it work – http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-news-default-layout/

It works only if there is menu asigned but I don’t want to have menu

Can I make it work without menu for this

Hi,

the site url is http://www.reporter-bg.net

The problem is with the articles in the default layout – if content category for this articles is assignet to menu there is no problem and it works just fine, if the content category is not assigned to menu it just reloads the main page but the url in the address bar is long

As I understood it, when you click on any article link in Ja News Featured Module, it shows all the modules present on home page, where as you want the article to be displayed without those modules. Am I right?

When I clicked on a article in the module, I saw the article loaded with few modules on the bottom.. That is definitely not the main page, as you said. Please take a look at the screenshot and confirm what I am checking is right..
