JA-News doesn’t work at all on my site.

When I enable it, all that appears on my site is the very top of the module. I see “Headlines” and the numbers scroll, but no other content.

All of my other modules disappear.

As soon as I disable JA-news, everything starts working again.

This is using the 1.2 beta. It’s the only version I can even find.

I went ahead and just deactivated it so my site would function.

I appreciate your offer to take a look at it, but I would appreciate it more if joomlart would treat its customers with respect and actually make working modules. Some **** documentation would be nice, too.

unlike several other providers, i have found this company to be very good.

did you read the quick start guide?

did you go to your home page settings on your mainmenu and change the frontpage settings to 0

Sure did. I just get a menu that says “Headlines” and a scroller…with no content, and all of my other modules gone.

ah ha, sometime all you need to do is change the order of the modules. have you tried moving the order of the modules loading?
