Hi,

I am having the same problem on site http://www.latc.com. JA Newsflash won’t rotate. This is a newspaper site which went live last week.

It works on one of my PCs, but not the other. At the client site, it works on some, but not others.

Can you tell be what problems you are finding with this module code so I can troubleshoot? It is one of the reasons that we selected Teline.

I have debuged and detected the problem . do you use alias for domain ? i see 2 url for your site : http://www.losaltosonline.com and http://www.latc.com . i think that losaltosonline.com is original domain . and latc.com is alias domain . with alias domain ajax load content in ja news can’t run, so headlne doesn’t run with url http://www.latc.com . but with url http://www.losaltosonline.com , it runs well.

Ok, thanks hainn84,

We do run an alias. Actually losaltosonline is an alias for the main domain latc.com. But either way, I see that there is a conflict. It is helpful to know the cause.
