I don’t know to let those position (see screenshot) to be shown in mobile devices

How can i modify the layout the template (example add some custom position) so that i can configure a set of position which i can show when show in mobile device.
currently I can only have placeholder which i can configure which module position can be displayed, but i can’t add new placeholder.

Ok i found how disable this.
I should modify mainbody.php block to remove “hidden-phone” class from home-feature-1 placeholder
