    Hi

Can you send an admin account of your Joomla backend ?

    Thanks.

That message is saying that the module is trying to write somewhere but the permissions on your server are preventing it from doing so. So what we need to do is enable the debug information (which will display at the bottom of the page) which will detail exactly which file of folder the problem is with. As this will display on every page are you happy for us to do that?

I have just tried saving that module a couple of times and it is working for me in Firefox. What browser are you using?

P.S. I live less than a mile from the UK head office of the company whom that site is for. I used to go in there a lot to support some of their systems.

Not a lot we can do to help you unfortunately. The back end of Joomla appears to have a problem in that browser. Hopefully Joomla will release an update to fix that.
