When I activate JA-News Front Page module, on position: ja-news i get the following error message.
[PHP]Warning: require_once(/home/epsilon/public_html/modules/mod_janews/helper.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/epsilon/public_html/modules/mod_janews_fp/mod_janews_fp.php on line 14[/PHP]

How can I fix it?

Check in EXTENTIONS > MODULE MANAGER and make sure JANews has been enabled.
It could be as simple as that.

please install both ja news fp with ja news
you will have not that error
