Today I downloaded Teline IV. Everything went well until the publication of JA News Frontpage module and JA News Module Pro Module.
When they are included page does not load, there is not a piece of code and no error message. Just white page. When I disable the modules page loads correctly.

I use FlexiContent. When the JA News Frontpage Module switches from the flexi to com_content then work correctly. However, in the JA News Module Pro does not help.

Can I ask for support? You write about a rapid response and support. Two days ago I wrote about the problem. I submit a ticket. I gave all the information and left it all without response.

In the description of JA Teline IV is written to work with FlexiContnet. Compatible with the addition of only two modules – News Ticker and Bulletin are not.

I bought the membership just for this single template, and just because it works with FlexiContent and so far I am very unpleasantly surprised.

JA Teline IV is very good looking, JoomlArt has a good reputation. I would like to remain with those beliefs.

Hello, when u post you have to understand that the amount of traffic on this forum is huge and its not possible to answer every thread on the same day. If they did try to answer everything they would stop making new templates and just would answer these questions.
Now to your question. Can you please do few things before you report more problems:

Clear cache and check the positioning of the module. And after that make sure you follow these instructions to the last word because when i did install it first time i had similar problem and it was just the fact i forgot to actually put in some information that was written in there.
What version of JAT and Teline are u using btw?
