For some reason, In Teline IV, the JA News Frontpage is showing up on the articles that are in the site’s front page, but not featured in the JA News Frontpage module.

Essentially, I am trying to keep the JA News Frontpage Module as a Lead Stories feature only (loading articles in the Lead Stories category only)….while other articles on the front page of the website may not be featured in this position.

The problem is that when I click on a normal front page article, the JA News Frontpage Module is showing up on these articles’ content pages.

Does anyone know how I can make this not happen. I just want to have the module display on the site front page, but only showing the articles within the designated category.

the problem is from the article link that does not have ItemId which helps Joomla detect and show the list of assigned modules.

Now, you need to make a relationship between those articles with menus and re-asign the module for the menu

Thanks for the tip, I resolved it by creating a hidden menu and then placing that category in that menu. Now it’s doing what I want it to do.
