As an unlicensed member ( according to your details) you have no right to use Ja News as its NOT a free extension it is ONLY available to members who purchased a membership to the extensions club or one of the templates that had it built in which wee not amongst the free templates?

please login under that membership and we’ll be glad to help you

Otherwise you’ll have to become a member an purchase a template with Ja news or the extension to qualify for support
if you aquired teh Ja news and your membership has run out unfortunately so has the support for the purchase

I see my apologies, perhaps if you explained you wanted to buy the extensions etc , usually questions about buying things are put in the pre sales questions thread however

windows 1250 charset = Eastern Europe
ISO-8859-2 = Eastern Europe which I believe JA news supports?
