Hey guys I modified the order of Ja News2 module (from helper.php file) to be according to the ordering of sections in Joomla:
$query .= ” order by s.ordering”;
Now if I run the query to the database using PHPMyadmin it orders correctly, but when the module displays the sections at the frontpage it orders them by id ASC. Why is this happening? Is there anything wrong? The module’s version is 1.0.1 which I believe is the most updated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi cre8

    I have checked your code in our demo site and it worked correct

    Could you submit a ticket, send us your live url, admin account so that we have a closer look on the issue?

    I figured it out… It was the Ja User Setting Plugin. When I disabled it everything worked…
