    First off…

Require Help From Staff + Mod/Admin: If you do not enter this info, will they ignore your comment whatsoever? if so… I am outta here, can’t hand out my server’s login data for a problem that is clearly visible and reproducable.

Now, I have the JA News module posted, but I want images to be scales in proportion, so if they have to be reduced in width by 50%, the height should also be scaled 50%.

if you have a square and a rectangle and have to set a fixed width and height, you will have one image out of proportion.

Now the second part of the problem;if i set the image width or height to -1 (do not scale) or I try to turn the auto-resizing option off, JA NEWS doesn’t show an image at all… Do I miss an extra option or something?

here is a screenshot of my settings:

    Okay I figured it out…

The caption for image resize says “set to -1 if you want to leave the original sizes” or something… It should be “Set to 0(zero)”

bugs like these are really prefectly normal and could be fixed with no problems. But when you ask stuff like this, I hope to get a reply from the admins… Now this topic is fairly new, I found the problem yesterday, wresteled with it till this morning and asked for help, then found the answer.

    But…

Other problems: like this one from last year: still remain unanswered.

My subscription is running out in some time and I have to decide whether to stay with Joomlart or go someplace else for templates (and don’t tell me Joomlart templates are the best) I am not happy about the service you get after downloading the thing…

My rants, do with it what you want.

Frankly, I’m new to JoomlArt, and I’d like to see more responsiveness from admins also.
