I would like change word “MORE” on front page, after first title. I insert my word in /modules/mod_janews/tmpl/blog_item.php but display stile “MORE”.

Please open file templatesja_telinehtmlmod_janewsblog_item.php, at about line 64, find following script to change to:
[PHP]echo “<strong class=”jazin-more”>More:</strong>n”;[/PHP]
