I followed the instructions to install and configure JA-NEWS, but there’s no news shown after I specify category ID at the backend. If no category ID set, all news are shown. this is weird. I’m wondering how to fix this.

You should post this into the JA News Forum or the templates forum if it came with a template. These are the only areas that you will get support help for your problem.

I tried to post in the JA News module forum, but I am not allowed to. dunno why!!!!

Considering we have paid the membership fee, we are expecting technical support from Joomlart!!!!

I think the “rules” are a bit “fuzzy” as to what should be considered support and not. There are a lot of support related questions to Joomla itself and not to the templates and the extensions which kind of drains the system/people here. I know that your request is most likely legitimate but soon there will be released a new version of the JA News and I would assume that they are waiting with support on this because they will release a new version soon.

I think you should check again your category id? how did you config its? can you give me a live url or some screen shot?
