Greetings!
When creating a new module & selecting new module type Ja News Pro &/or Ja News Feature & filling in all the info, I cannot get it to save or save & close – I am really new to this & have tried everything & read all the guides – I also tried to assign positions to the modules Ja News Pro &/or Ja News Feature & same thing happened – cannot save or save & close. Could you please guide me as to what steps I am missing? Your help is greatly appreciated
Thank you!

I have seen your site and admin . Other modules are working good. save and save & close are also working good in other modules. I will suggest you that you can uninstall the module Ja News Pro & Ja News Feature.
Download the upgrade version of these module.I am sending you url you can refer to download :-

July 27, 2011 at 1:36 pm #403322Has this issue actually been solved? I just downloaded the latest stable version on Monday, and I have the same problem with the JA News Pro and JA News Frontpage modules as mentioned before.
July 27, 2011 at 2:52 pm #403331Greetings!
I created a ticket with support (Resources – Support & Contact) & they found the bug & fixed the problem – I encourage you to do the same (had my host unlock the folder & support unlocked the files)
Have a Fantastic day! 😀

Hi tallest,
If the bug is found recently then the latest package may not include the fix for it yet. You can just raise a ticket for your issue in the helpdesk, we will assist with a solution or a reference to it.
