    We face a problem. We always have to open and save JA News Pro! Module in order for the module to load and show new articles. Is there a solution available?

    I have configured without cache from back-end of JA Newspro module, see screenshot

    Now, your site can load and show new articles normally. Let me know if it helps.

    Hello! Please help with adjustment module JA News Pro TELIVE IV for four days may not properly configure the module!!! Block latest news works, and the other blocks deduce articles on the first page. Please help! Sorry for my English! With respect Igor

    Your site enabled cache from system cache that’s reason why the content on your site did not change and still displayed with old info setting. Please check your site again.

    If you still face this problem, you can send me the screenshot for illustration, I will give suggestion then.
