JA News produces an error in ie: “Denied Access” Line 52, as you can see in:

    http://biodanzaspain.org/index.php

Also in firefox, the roller doesn’t run the first time I come into the URL.
If I click in one menu item, and back to the home, the News runs right. It just happens on the first look of the web, both in IE & Firefox.
    Sorry by my english

    Thank you very much

Can’t seem to duplicate your “denied access” error message? Could you be a bit more specific on where this error shows? As I cannot find the problem.

As for the JA News, are you currently running the latest updated version? Just checking as I know there were issues with older versions of Ja News.

    Hi Jorge,

It’s a common issue with AJAX. You go to yoursite.com but your live site config is http://www.yoursite.com then you’ll get a “permission denied” because they are considered two different domains.

    Ha Le-Viet.

Ha gave you the solution Jorge

You have set the”live site url” in the site code to http://www.biodanzaspain.com you are trying to access the site without the ‘www.’ in front of domain name, use http://www.biodanzaspain.com to go to you site and it will work

what about if I’m using subdomains like http://subdomainname.mysitename.com? my IE keeps telling me “Permission Denied” on the frontpage.

set the live url to suit a site with a subdomain or move teh site to root level
