Hello friends

I get some answers here, and have put many it has not been answered.
I ordered a template to work not to worry about site appearance, but with the content.

But so far so I’m busy out how to use this template.

I configured the JA News2 Module, to be shown the categories of two sections so I put the settings as shown in the pictures below:

So that the browser FireFox, the categories are displayed in Section 10 is 13

Already displayed in IE7 so the categories of section 10

How to solve this

Hello edilson_w,

This kind of problem can be caused by text in articles directly pasted from Word. Microsoft browser cannot digest Microsoft Word code in this template.
It could be the case with your issue, so you could look into code of articles of section not displayed in IE-browser.

The categories that do not want to be displayed belong to section 13.
To test other sections put together and reversed the positions but only the categories of section 13 are not displayed.

You had said that the problem was caused by a code of Microsoft Word on my browser.

How can I see this in my browser

If your problem is really caused by Word-code in articles, you can find it in source code of page.
Maybe search for “mso” for a beginning.
Maybe you want to post your site-url; I could have a look.

After the cache queabilitei the categories of section 13 appeared.
But this is still not correct.
Vom var you can in this site’s page with this error in IE7, and the sources of the main page are small

You know why?

The problem is the main page, in IE7 the fonts are so small that the main page and the error opening the page.

The module JA News2 Module, is presently displaying as normal configuration done, but only with the cache enabled to disable the cache section 13 disappears.

You have been very friendly and ready in the response, so I have to thank you.

I paid the membership plan’ve downloaded the template Ja Teline III, made a few changes here on my local server and then transfer it to host my site.

You know you have to put some code license or validate this template with the Joomlart site?

Have you noticed the error that the template is there anyone out there that can do the fix?
