A second installation like an other module inside the same website caused no problem, but it isnt possible now to register user’s choices (due to an unique cookie, I suppose … too late !)

A test of desinstallation on my localhost was disastrous.
How to undo with my online website and reinstall only one instance of this module without all losing ?
Please help me.
