Okay Fellas,
Now that the slider problems are fixed JA-Newsflash only displays the first item. It then scrolls/fades etc. to blank. Won’t display more then one item.
I do have multiple content items published in the same category.
Anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong?
Any help is appreciated.

Try to unpublish the “my photos” module on your contact page and publish the newsflash on the contact page and reply here when you have done it.

its a petty because the position and the effect is good, bud it dosn’t works correctly…..

I’m getting the feeling there is no fix at this time. Hopefully they are working on it. It would complete a great template.
At this time however the Newsflash is unusable and it appears to be a common problem.

Which makes it somewhat surprising that the developers have not bothered to comment on the issue yet. >:(

Have to agree it has been a week now and still no fix. Not even an ‘We’re working on it’??? Disappointing. They shouldn’t be distributing templates that don’t work. Many users have had the exact same problems with this template. Common problems are bugs and need to be addressed. People are not purchasing beta templates!
It’s obvious this template was rushed and the user guide is incomplete and inadequate. The admin team could save themselves a lot of time by updating the user guide with solutions to the common problems found in this template and others. Not to mention the hours they would save their paying customers.
Templates are made to save you time. Spending hours to find simple fixes for common problems is a complete waste of our time. I’m sure the designers are busy and should be able to understand this.
Simply put, although I like the templates, I don’t think the support is up to par with what it should be. Not even close.
So, isn’t there any solution still here?
i have seen in the demo working, but it’s not working in my theme!

Hi all,
This problem should be come from the cache function in JA Newsflash module. We have made an update on this module and uploaded. Please redownload the module and let’s know if it could fix the problem.
