Hi guys,

I have just tried to run the Ja newsflash module in to my rochea but it seems not like the demo site, the demo is great but when i tried it to my rochea is completely different effect,

here is the problem when i installed the JA NEWSFLASH MODULE :

1. after installed it and work for a while and then i got my site blank, it’s mean i couldn.t find my
index anymore but when i unntalled it then my site came back. ( i have tried 3 times install and uninstalled it )

is this the bug of this module ?

2. and when it run for a while, it just random one items in the newsflash categories but in actually i have 3 items in the newsflash categories.
how to fix this problem ?

another question :

how to display the text in the newsflash to be white color ? as we see in the demo site they are get white text, but mine is still showing the default text color ( BLACK )

hope you guys help me with your more details explanation..

any helps would be appreciated it…

Impatient person arent you? , if you don’t get a answer within 24 hrs no need to bump the thread, go away and use that 24 hrs to try to figure it out for yourself, if the text is black you know to change it the css must change to white so look in the css file for the ja news for ref to FFFFFF and change to 000000. Like how hard is that?

Many ppl here expect someone else to spend their time doing exactly what they should be doing to find the exact code or line to change for them?

I think this is a bit rough, if you are a total new person to web design, I can understand not everyone knows it all but don’t try it (web design) until you read up on it, that is css, Joomla operations and what is a module etc first. I had to do that to learn, even though it was a HOBBY!

We support volunteers love to help but when its a really basic thing that can be fixed by the op with a bit of work, its gets so frustrating.

you are here just a volunteer ,so you don,t deserved to said the unprofessionally answer,i will never find the help out there, i bought the product here so the support resposibility, don,t make a stupid words,
i am new in web design, that is why i bought a ready template and extension, is mean that we ready to use it without error in package with it.if you don,t have any solution and just get a way,
if i am professionally in web design , i will never come to buy template and extension here, why we bought the template because the demo is GREAT but after bought and installed it we found some any error in extension and some other s maybe,
so, is it a problem if i asking a help relating the template and extension’ error ?

JA cannot teach ppl web design and there isn’t really any real problems with the templates etc just the users who refuse to learn web design before embarking on projects.

I understand you buy a pre made web site in a box cause you are incapable of or can’t be bothered to learn enough to do much yourself.

But that doesn’t mean you don’t have to do something and some form of learning yourself, does it. Ten hours? there are bigger time differences than that between me and the USA, 36 is more like a normal turn around you want faster better more personalised support?

Pay a pro web designer 3000 US and you’ll get it but a $70 US membership for a do it yourself bunch of template and I stress the do it yourself aspect? maybe your expectations are a tad unrealistic

Don’t get confused because I am a volunteer that I do not know web design etc I’ll put your less than brilliant comments down to a poor knowledge of english which may not be your native tongue and get on with life

I never asking your help to teach me on how to design a template, but here i am asking about on how to make my rochea to be same like in your demo site is this you call that you teach me to design a template ? one thing you have to know, this is joomlart team respobility, if i am asking about any help relating this template in especially its ja newsflash error, then it is your resposibilty to give me the solution ( if you are one of the joomla team )
if you show the demo site of rochea template for example ,its means you give that looks to your customer, what about if any of the extension in the rochea template doesn.t work properly as you shown to us in your demo site ? do i have to accepted it with my big smile ? i think no, you are the creator of this extension , then you must find the solution on how to solve it ,if your user find any error on it, and you can not ask to the user to fix it by theirself because user never know how to creat even to fixed it.
do you have any states in joomlart that said with $70 wihtout any support if the customer find any problem relating to the product ? if you have that state pls let me know, maybe i forget to read it, and if that states really exist then i will hands of and give up to NAGGINGGGGGGGG here like a stupid and dummies customer.
i know you are really smart guys on designing a template , but it is not your capabilities to judge ppl who is not level with you in designing, i know my english is poor and it is not good as yours because you sleep with it from before you were born and this is just your weapon to get me lost, it is not the way of the smart ppl who said himself is smart,
