    Hi abdenour

I removed Login redirect & Logout redirect because it redirect to your intranet site and didn’t show any error after that.

Could you provide me the screenshots and instructions that indicate how to reproduce your issue ?

    Thanks,

Sorry but the problem is rather random. But I noticed that I connect properly to the intranet site throughout the day and it was only after approximately 24 hours past and I try to connect again I am redirected to the login form page I Mount asking login and password.

By cons, as already stated I can successfully login after the cache is emptied and purged expired cache and the cache template JAT3. I think it’s probabely a problem with the cache, no ?

Yes,I see it. I see you set the session in global configuration will expire after 600 minutes, you should change that to shorter period.

    It worked in my localhost.

I set the session time to 600 minutes because I want the members of the intranet do not have to reconnect several times. That is to say, I hope that their connection does not close even if it closes their browser, even if it will restart their computer the next day for example. I only wish that their connection goes down if a user clicks the logout button. For example like your site joomlart.com who remains constantly connected unless you disconnect. How to achieve this success?

it seems like it still does not work despite setting the duration of sssion 15 minutes instead of 600. By cons always when I clear the cache on the backend > Maintenance, All users can successfully login.

When I have this problem my site is always redirect after try login to this url : http://www.my-domaine.com/component/users/?task=user.login

It is actually hard to reproduced the bug. You should disable System – FeedGator pseudo-cron Plugin, it make apache server crash.

You could disabled this plugin, and see if the issue occurs again tomorrow.

    Hi Do Ha,

I have successfully reproduced the bug. I can tell you it’s the FeedGator Pseudo Cron Plugin who crashed the joomla authentication. When I enabled this plugin, the joomla authentication doesn’t work and when I disabled it I can successfully log in on my intranet.
Thank you very very very much for your help.

Just a last question. On the backup intranet I have send you on the PM message I have a problem with the sl-1 position. When I enabled the module “Super Panel” on the topbar position, the content on sl-1 position has a problem formatting and images disappear. Can you help me please with this issue.

    Hi Do Ha,

Here is a screenshot but you can reproduce the issue on the dump site I have send you before on a PM message. For this, go to the backend and enabled the super panel and super panel-info modules.

I saw superpanel having style and js conflict with JA News Featured. You should rewrite stylesheets and js query to use local stylesheets.

    I hope it helps!

The superpanel use stylesheets and js query such as $(‘#id’) that override exists styles of JA News Featured.
