    Hi
JA Nex is based on an older framework that does not Responsive like the T3 framework, You can only set the options for mobile from layout settings: http://prntscr.com/e6vvxl .

I suggest you to use JA Nex based on T3 that gives you more features in the layout.

    Hi
yes, the view supported only for older devices.I will send your feedback to the development team on this.
But I suggest you move on T3 as its time to new features and responsive templates.

    Hi
Older framework does not have the feature to display responsive view like the framework.
Moving to JA NEX T3 template is different and fully responsive.
I am sending this to development team Here for further discussion to New Iphone compatibility with JAt3v2 JA Nex template.

    Regards
