    I am having SEVERAL issues.

    1. JA Nex template does not show up in two columns from the template page so I am no longer able to access any page overrides or theme selections at all.
    2. JA Featured News Module does not allow me to make and changes and save. I can only close the module without any changes made.
    3. JA News Pro has the same problem. No changes, I can only close the module.
    4. On my website, I am getting a K2.php line 266 error message all over my page.

I have updated both the template and the modules and these problems still persist. Upon updating the template, the CSS has reverted back to the JA Nex demo and all of my personal CSS changes have been removed and because I cant access the template backend overrides I cannot change the theme or put the template into developer mode to make any new changes to the CSS.

Please advise. I have spent months working on this template and had a beautiful functional website and now I have nothing.

I have resolve all the issues related to this post. The K2.php issue was resolved by downloading the new K2.php file which I discovered on another topic on this site. Download that file here.

The issues related to not being able to save JA NewsPro and JA News Featured and the template not showing up correctly in the template manager were all related to the Soccomments extension. Once I disable that extension, everything returned to normal.

I have the same problem. Not able to save changes to JA News Featured and JA News Pro, but I do not have the Soccomments extension at all.

Another thread recommends changing file permissions on ja_news_fp/profiles/files.ini, but I don’t seem to have that file.

    Any ideas?

Solved. I had to populate the FTP settings in my Global Configuration. Without these settings in place, some modules do not install correctly.

Then I had to uninstall and reinstall the problem module before the save issues went away.

I can see many others out there with the same issue. I hope this helps 🙂
