    We are using the Ja Nex template with Joomla 3.3.3. We have the T3v2 Framework installed. For some reason none of the css is loading on the frontend of the site. the css files shown in the source only contain …

    @import url(“”) ;
    @import url(“”) ;

    And nothing else. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the template and framework. I’ve tried recreating the t3-assets folder. I’ve also tried clearing all cache. The issue remains.

    I just upgraded JAT3v2 framework latest version on your site. For now, your site is working fine, see the screenshot

    Thanks, but the version I installed I had just downloaded from your site … not sure how I would have an older version.

    Also, another question … the template isn’t responsive on our build site. Your demo is and the description of the template says its responsive. How do we enable the responsive layout?

    The site login info you provided doesn’t seem to be working – did you change it?

    How is the site supposed to be displaying – perhaps a screenshot for point of reference?

    We’re working on migrating this 1.5 site to Joomla 3 – http://crows.org/

    The Joomla 3 layout is still in progress, but the issue is that the template is not acting ‘responsive’. When you scale the browser window for crows.3by400.com the page doesn’t respond … how do we enable the responsive functionality?

    Have you checked the settings within your Template Manager — General settings?

    Enable Responsive[/h] T3 is a responsive template framework. You can turn this feature on or off.

    When the option is disabled, your site is a non-responsive site and you can set the fixed width size for your site. Once it’s disabled, all responsive files will not be loaded.

    We do not have a ‘general’ settings nor do I see any responsive options. We have a global tab but still no responsive settings.

    You have admin access to our build site … you can obviously see that its Joomla 3.3.3 – crows.3by400.com

    Well, it appears as though your Template Manager is still displaying a J2.5 version.

    Escalating this matter onto the JA Development Team for further review.

    Thank you. The initial response to this topic by JoomlArt support indicated that they had updated the framework to the latest version.
