I checked your website

To have it responsive you should enable the T3 Framework plugin and not the JaT3 Framework plugin also you have as default template the JAT3 version of the template instead you should switch to the ja_nex_t3 – Default

You already have it installed check inside your templates and also you have the T3 framework installed

You should follow the userguide i posted above to set your modules and new pages for your new template

Yes
Also disable the JA T3 plugin and leave enabled only the T3 Framework plugin
