Hello,

i discovered the JA-K2Filter Extensions, and it seems, that this is a very useful extensions. I made the configurations which it describes in the documentation of JA-Obelisk.

The fact is, it seems not to work with Joomla 3.2.

First Issue: If you try to write in search Terms in the labels, there is very hard to do it. Because there is not very clear, where you can put the Cursor into it.

Second Issue: I use in Extrafields searchable Text delimeted with commas. If i try know, to write a name into the labelfield, K2Filter shows suddenly the whole strings of combinations. One Name is part of different K2-Items in Extrafields. It does not search only one name. it searches for the wohole string.

Example:

Sting in Extrafields:

K2-Item1: Extrafield Autor: Autor1, Autor2, Autor3, Autor4, Autor5
K2-Item2: Extrafield Autor: Autor6, Autor2, Autor7, Autor8, Autor9

I want to get the Result if i search for Autor2 these two K2 Items and not only K2Item1.

Hello,

I have checked your site and see that in K2 Filter Module, the label is overlayed on the input box, that’s why you can’t put cursor into it.
Go to your default template >> CSS file, find these lines:

ul.vertical-layout li label.group-label {
color: #7A7A7A
font-size: 11px;
font-weight: bold;
margin-bottom: -20px; >> remove this line
margin-left: 10px;
position: relative;
}

For your second problem, I think it’s Auto suggestion feature, will show the whole phrase each time you type. You can disable this function by going to backend >> Module Manager >> Open K2 filter >> Find ‘ Auto complete’, set to No.

thanks a lot. These settings solved the problem.

One Question. Is there a possibilty to have the labels ddescription inside the box, and when i enter the box, the description disappear? Such like in the search module.
