Is it possible that in the template Ja Onepage place in some module the plugin Ozio Gallery and have very nice gallery? or another gallery?

Yes, you can use Plugin Ozio Gallery if you want, if make sure to check JS conflict when implement this gallery.
Or else you can use JA Slideshow Lite, I have tried, no JS conflict with JA Onepage.
